Richard Dubois Dinner

On November 12, 2007, we had the honor of hosting Richard Dubois for dinner. He and his wife Danielle own Chateau Bertinat Lartique. Together they made some incredible wines ... Chateau Orisse du Casse, Arthus, P du Roy, Arthemis. Tragically, Richard lost his life in an accident at their winery.
Unfortunately, I did not record the menu. I do recall that we served oven-roasted chicken breasts, because I purchased them from Costco and they were very large breasts, and Richard commented that they don't have chickens that big in France. Of course, I'm sure we consumed a large amount of steroids that evening with those chicken breasts.
